"Love Always" Card

Hello! I hope everyone is having a fun summer so far! We have been super busy, but having a blast!

Today I have a card design to share with you. I created this one as an anniversary card, but this is easily adaptable to fit your needs, just change the title!

I used a paper collection from Colorbok that I picked up at Walmart for just $5... can you believe that?!? I just love this paper, it is SO gorgeous! I also colored some iamroses flowers with Glimmer Mists and added some lace and ribbon too.

For a more details, check out this video where I show the process of making this card:

Thank you so much for stopping by!!

On a Personal Note:

  • We are planning a trip to Paris in the fall, WOOHOO!!!!
  • Gavin isn't going with us (sad face!)
  • I did some volunteer work last weekend, which required I stay up all night... lesson learned: I'm not 18 anymore! lol :-)
  • I am loving my Katy Perry station on Pandora, it's so fun!

  1. So beautiful!!! I love it :-)

  2. Oh mein Gott, was machst du für wunderschöne Sachen...
es ist alles so traumhaft, so großartig auf den Videos.
Ich bin total begeistert und nun dein Fan.

    Liebe Grüße

  3. Hi Marla,
I just popped over here to your blog from your YouTube channel to tell you that I love your work and your teaching style. I make handmade bound books but I love the idea of these mini albums and am just getting into making them as well. I am so happy that I found your channel, your instructions are clear and you have such a calm sweet teaching style that it makes learning from you quite easy and fun! I do have a question, have you ever made a video on using the bind-it-all? I just bought one from a friend but the CD that gives you all the instructions is warped and unplayable. I've figured out how to make a basic one cut binding but not sure about the lining up for a longer binding... well, anyway, keep up the fabulous work and sharing all your great ideas and beautiful work!

  4. Hi Marla I was looking thru your blog and you have some amazing projects. There was one I just loved, it was inspired by Laura Denison I emailed her for instructions and she no longer has them, I was wondering if you still have them or remembered where you got them? It is the project that you have listed under storage. thanks for whatever help you can give me

  5. What a pretty card. Love the colors of it.
