Paris 12x12 Layout

Hello everyone!!

I know I've been MIA for awhile... so I apologize for not sharing any new projects lately.

But for news... we are back from our Paris trip.  We went to tons of museums (Monet's Waterlillies were by far my favorite), strolled along the Seine and ate tons of amazing french food!  It was definitely the trip of a lifetime!!  It was a "second honeymoon" for Greg and I, and Gavin had a great time with our best friends who welcomed him into their family for a week.  I will definitely be sharing more pictures and projects soon!

So onto the layout...

I used papers from Fab Scraps.  I had been drooling over my sister's paper from this line for so long that she bought some for me! Aren't big sister's the greatest?!?

The embellies were all from my stash - Prima and Recollections flowers, some lace (of course!) and a few vintage inspired buttons. (I really should add a title to this layout... I think I will do that once I post this)

It was a fun layout to do and I hope you all enjoy it!

A few tidbits:

• I am addicted to watching "Say Yes To The Dress" on netflix right now.
• It's November... I live in Colorado... and yet we have the doors and windows open because it's 73 degrees outside! What the wha? 
• My new favorite snack is pretzels dipped in Nutella... so yummy!

"Love Always" Card

Hello! I hope everyone is having a fun summer so far! We have been super busy, but having a blast!

Today I have a card design to share with you. I created this one as an anniversary card, but this is easily adaptable to fit your needs, just change the title!

I used a paper collection from Colorbok that I picked up at Walmart for just $5... can you believe that?!? I just love this paper, it is SO gorgeous! I also colored some iamroses flowers with Glimmer Mists and added some lace and ribbon too.

• We are planning a trip to Paris in the fall, WOOHOO!!!! 
• Gavin isn't going with us (sad face!) 
• I did some volunteer work last weekend, which required I stay up all night... lesson learned: I'm not 18 anymore! lol :-)

My Mind's Eye "Family" Mini Album

Hey there!

Today's post is all about a very special mini album packed full of family photos. This summer, my sister and brother-in-law celebrated their 25th Anniversary, which is such an amazing accomplishment!  I am so happy to have this special keepsake to remember the fun day we had together as a family.

This album is larger than my usual... it's 7 x 8 and it perfectly fits all of my 4x6 photos inside.
